Embodying the Energy of the Fire Horse - an Evening of Movement and Sound

Join us for a Fire Horse Sound Bath, a unique, embodied experience inspired by the energy of the Fire Horse - freedom, movement, and momentum. We will begin by connecting with the body through gentle, intuitive movement set to music, allowing energy to awaken and flow. From there, the pace will slow as we transition into seated movement, before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath in a lying-down position, where sound and vibration support relaxation, integration, and inner balance.

This event is open exclusively to residents and guests of Hunter’s Glen. Please register in advance, as space is limited. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to support ease and relaxation throughout the experience.
