As autumn settles in and the world around us begins to slow, nature offers us an invitation to do the same - to turn inward, reconnect with ourselves, and return to what keeps us grounded.

Returning to Your Roots is a restorative sound bath centered around grounding, connection, and finding steadiness within yourself, even as life continues to shift and change around you.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided reflection, inviting you to consider what helps you feel rooted, safe, supported, and connected. Then, surrounded by the healing vibrations of sound, you’ll have space to quiet the outside noise and come home to yourself.

Like a tree whose roots remain strong beneath the changing landscape, we can learn to trust the foundation we have created within. You’ll be invited to reflect on what truly nourishes you, what you want to carry into the quieter months ahead, and where you might need a little more grounding in your life.

Come settle in, reconnect, and remember that no matter how much is changing around you, you can always return to your roots.
