Private Group Sound Bath Experience

Service Description

Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a large corporate wellness event, a Group Sound Bath offers a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance. This deeply immersive, full-body listening experience uses the power of sound and vibration to invite gentle yet profound relaxation and healing for both mind and body. Each session is intuitively designed using a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rain stick, drum, and crystal merkaba. You may choose a theme or intention to guide your session - perfect for team-building, retreats, celebrations, or simply taking time to recharge together. Sessions can be held at your chosen location or in my Arvada office (accommodating up to 8 participants). Virtual sound baths via Zoom are also available for remote teams or groups. While the sound bath itself lasts 60 minutes, please allow up to 2 hours total for setup and teardown. Travel within 30 minutes of Arvada (80003) is included.
