New Moon Sound Bath

The New Moon is a sacred pause - a moment of stillness where new beginnings quietly take root. In January, this energy is amplified as we stand at the gateway of a brand-new year, invited not only to set intentions for the coming lunar cycle, but to gently plant seeds for the year ahead.

This New Moon Sound Bath is an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and connect with what truly wants to emerge in your life. Through a softly guided intention-setting meditation, you’ll be supported in releasing lingering energy from the past year and tuning into your deeper values, desires, and direction.

As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften. Sound creates space - space to listen, to align, and to anchor intentions from the heart rather than the head.

This is not about rigid goals or pressure to “get it right,” but about consciously choosing how you want to feel, move, and show up in the year ahead.

Come as you are. Leave grounded, clear, and gently aligned with the path unfolding before you.

• Space is limited to 8 participants, and spots must be purchased in advance to reserve your place.

• The front doors lock, so please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in and create a peaceful atmosphere for all.

• 2” thick mats, pillows and blankets provided.

• Bring anything that will support your comfort such water, journal, extra blanket or eye mask.
