Spring Equinox Gathering

Spring is a time of awakening, balance, and new beginnings. The Spring Equinox invites us to gently transition out of the inward energy of winter and into a season of growth, clarity, and renewed vitality.

This gathering is a ceremonial experience designed to help you pause, reset, and consciously align with the energy of the season. We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to support connection, intention, and presence. From there, you will be guided through a grounding meditation that invites reflection, release, and openness to what you are ready to call in this spring.

The experience continues with a nourishing sound bath, allowing vibrations to move through the body and support deep rest, integration, and nervous system regulation. Throughout the journey, Claudia Milner will hold energetic space for participants, offering Reiki and aromatherapy to support balance, grounding, and energetic harmony.

This is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and create space for renewal. You do not need prior experience with cacao, meditation, Reiki, or sound baths. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be supported.

Bring a journal, water, light snacks, and anything needed for your most comfortable experience. Space is limited to 12 participants.
