As the harvest season begins to unfold, nature reminds us that growth takes time, patience, and trust. The seeds we once planted, both seen and unseen, have been quietly taking root beneath the surface.
This nurturing sound bath is an invitation to reflect on your journey, honor how far you’ve come, and recognize the abundance that already exists within and around you. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a space of gratitude, receiving, and deep appreciation for the lessons, growth, and blessings that have shaped your path.
Allow yourself to release the habit of focusing on what is still missing and instead open to the richness of what is already present. Leave feeling grounded, supported, and connected to the abundance that continues to flourish in your life.
Please arrive five minutes early to settle in fully before the event starts. Doors lock at 6:30.
A 2 inch thick mat, pillow, and blanket will be provided. Please bring anything else needed for your most comfortable experience.
