Awaken your voice and express your truth with clarity in this transformative Throat Chakra Sound Bath. Using the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, and other resonant instruments, this session is designed to unblock and balance the energy in your throat center. You’ll be guided to release fear of judgment, reconnect with your authentic self, and open the flow of honest communication. Whether you’re seeking to speak your truth, strengthen your self-expression, or tap into your creative energy, this experience will leave you feeling empowered, aligned, and free to share your voice with the world.
This is a recurring monthly series where we will spend an evening focusing on an individual chakra, allowing us to dive deep to clear and balance the center. You will leave feeling more aligned, rejuvenated and centered.
Bring a pillow, blanket, and/or anything needed for your most comfortable experience.
