Each fall, the trees release their leaves without knowing exactly what the next season will bring. They simply trust that letting go is part of the cycle.

Sacred Release is an invitation to do the same.

During this restorative sound bath, we’ll create space to gently notice what may have completed its season in your life - old stories, expectations, habits, emotions, or ways of being that no longer feel aligned with who you are becoming.

Through guided reflection and the healing vibrations of sound, you’ll be invited to soften your grip on what you’re ready to leave behind, without judgment or force. This isn’t about pushing something away. It’s about honoring what has served you, allowing it to fall away when the time is right, and trusting the space that remains.

Come exactly as you are. Settle in, receive, and allow yourself to move with the natural rhythm of the season.
