Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath as we gather under the energy of the Cold Moon - a time of rest, renewal, and shadow as you connect to the wisdom that will guide you through the last days of the year.

You’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. Allow the sound to help you release what no longer serves, ground into the present moment, and align with the rhythm of the natural world.

Important Details:

• Space is limited to 8 participants, and spots must be purchased in advance to reserve your place.

• The front doors lock, so please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in and create a peaceful atmosphere for all.

• 2” thick mats, pillows and blankets provided.

• Bring anything that will support your comfort such water, journal, extra blanket or eye mask.
