Join us for a nourishing Full Moon Sound Bath as we gather under the energy of the Beaver Full Moon - a time of preparation, reflection, and honoring the cycles of nature. This moon invites us to slow down, create stability, and ready ourselves for the season ahead.

You’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. Allow the sound to help you release what no longer serves, ground into the present moment, and align with the rhythm of the natural world.

Important Details:

• Space is limited to 8 participants, and spots must be purchased in advance to reserve your place.

• The front doors lock, so please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in and create a peaceful atmosphere for all.

• 2” thick mats, pillows and blankets provided.

• Bring anything that will support your comfort such water, journal, extra blanket or eye mask.
