As the seasons shift and the earth awakens, it’s time to clear away the old and make space for new beginnings. This immersive sound bath invites you to release stagnant energy, shed what no longer serves you, and cultivate a fertile foundation for growth. Through the healing vibrations of sound, you’ll be guided to soften, surrender, and prepare your inner soil—so when the time comes to plant your intentions, they can take root and flourish.


Bring a pillow, blanket, and/or anything needed for your most comfortable experience.
