Root Chakra Sound Bath

As a recurring monthly series, we will spend an evening focusing on each individual chakra, allowing us to dive deep to clear and balance the center. You will leave feeling more aligned, rejuvenated and centered.

Tonight we will focus on the Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, which is associated with the earth element, linked to your ability to dig in and feel firmly rooted in your life.
