Begin the year in harmony with a deeply immersive Full Chakra Alignment Sound Bath. This experience is designed to gently guide you through each of the seven chakras - from the grounding energy of the Root to the expansive awareness of the Crown- supporting balance, flow, and energetic alignment.

Through a soft, intentional guided meditation, you’ll be invited to bring awareness to each energy center while being bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other carefully chosen instruments. As the vibrations move through the body, they help release stagnation, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of connection within.

You’ll remain comfortably supported as the sounds and frequencies wash over you, creating space for clarity, grounding, and renewed alignment. This is a powerful yet gentle way to reset your energy, reconnect with yourself, and step into the new year feeling centered, clear, and supported.

Important Details:

• Space is limited to 8 participants, and spots must be purchased in advance to reserve your place.

• The front doors lock, so please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in and create a peaceful atmosphere for all.

• 2” thick mats, pillows and blankets provided.

• Bring anything that will support your comfort such water, journal, extra blanket or eye mask.
